Pokédex sorting 0xA4 is a glitch Pokédex sorting in Pokémon Crystal.

Effect

  • Arbitrary code execution at region D078 in RAM when opened. Can be ended with only a ret with no other changes to the CPU.
  • Can press Select to get to mode selection screen, where description may be "?????????????????????????????????BBBBBBB ぉ CLIBa?qLBB 'rö????G?D z????????BBBBBB" or similar. Exiting out may load only Kingdra on the page. Pressing A may cause arbitrary code execution at region CDCF in RAM, which can be ended with only a ret with no other changes to the CPU.
