Pokédex sorting 0xB8 is a glitch Pokédex sorting in Pokémon Crystal.

Effect

  • Arbitrary code execution at region 9998 in VRAM when opened. May result in a solid white screen (possibly a Glitch Dimension).
  • Unknown effect for pressing Select to get to mode selection screen

    When accessed with C7D8 method

  • Changing C7D8 to 0xB8 may result in a Glitch Dimension with a visible "This Game Pak is designed only for use on the Game Boy Color." message, or a freeze.
