Pokédex sorting 0x8B is a glitch Pokédex sorting in Pokémon Gold and Silver.

Effect

  • Arbitrary code execution at region CCDD in RAM. Can be ended with a ret with no known issues.
  • Pressing Select to get to mode selection screen may result in a black screen. Pressing A may load the description, which may be "・Pür." No noticeable effect after pressing A again.

    When accessed with C6D8 method

  • Unknown/no noticeable effect when pressing A
