Field move 0x0D (actual name unknown) is a glitch field move in Pokémon Red and Blue.
Effect
The game may pause for a while, before returning to the overworld with a glitch palette and party Pokémon icons showing. This activates both the Rival's effect and what appears to be faster movements; allowing the player to walk through a wall.
