The Generation II cry distortions are glitches which occur in Pokémon Gold, Silver and Crystal.
For certain Pokémon, listening to one cry of a Pokémon and switching to the other Pokémon has the potential of distorting the cry.
This can occur with Raikou and Suicune, but there are various other examples as well.
