    ₽'s Pokédex data is not constant and is sourced from F403 in Echo RAM (the equivalent of D403 in WRAM); which is in the middle of the wWarpEntries database. It can also be manipulated by moving specific items to item 116, which makes it an ideal execution point for arbitrary code execution without bootstrap Pokémon (unlike the "ws m (hex:63)" glitch item which would normally require a bootstrap stored Pokémon setup).
