Not counting arbitrary code execution scripts specifically designed for this purpose (in the sense of code written by the user), there are three known cases of these scripts, all of which are the hex:07 meta-map scripts for Lorelei's room, Bruno's room, and Agatha's room at the Pokémon League.
On all cases, the Hall of Fame induction sequence for the player's party Pokémon will occur, followed by the staff credits. After the staff credits, both the induction sequence and staff credits will repeat.
