Heal with Eruption or Water Spout glitch

The heal with Eruption or Water Spout glitch, is a glitch in Pokémon Emerald and Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen which causes Eruption or Water Spout to act as a healing move.

This glitch is also similar to the HP drain glitch.

In order to perform this glitch, the player must have a Pokémon with excessive HP from the Pomeg glitch.

Summary

After disabling "battle scene" and sending out the excessive HP Pokémon, and then dealing enough damage for the HP drain glitch (or exact damage required unknown), Water Spout or Eruption will deal no damage (but will hit) if foe's HP is full or heal its HP.

Sometimes the HP bar will drain to be empty and sometimes it won't. If it is empty, opening the Pokémon or items menu will restore it to full HP. If you capture the foe with 5 or less Pokémon, it may have full HP.
