(Red) (hex:B3) and 
(Blue) (hex:B3) are glitch items in Pokémon Red and Blue.When one of these glitch items is used outside of battle, it may result in Professor Oak's message that it isn't the time to use the item.
When used in battle, it will have the Poké Doll effect (it will enable the player to escape from a wild Pokémon battle but Professor Oak's message that it isn't the time to use the item will be brought up in a Trainer battle). This includes reducing the quantity of the item by one.
