(hex:B4) (Red) and 
(hex:B4) (Blue) are glitch items in Pokémon Red and Blue.These glitch items are Rival's effect glitch items. When used outside of battle they will allow the player to walk through walls that are one tile thick if the player closes the menu they bring up with B.
These glitch items work both from in and outside of battle, and if used on a Pokémon without full HP will restore up to 80 HP.
