(hex:64) is a glitch item in Pokémon Yellow. The name of this glitch item is taken from the unused Japanese string "おじぞうバッヂ" (JizoBadge), which was left in the English games untranslated, resulting in mojibake. おじぞうバッヂ is also the name of the hex:64 glitch item in Japanese versions.
When used outside of battle, it will cause the map to reload, but may affect the movement paths and potentially sprites of NPCs. This effect may last until the player chooses to talk with one of the NPCs.
When used in battle, the game may freeze.
This glitch item, like 9F (hex:5E) can be used to clear Glitch Cities caused by the international 'dokokashira door glitch'.
