(hex:6C) is a glitch item in Pokémon Yellow.Its name is taken from the untranslated unused string "ひよこ" (Chick) from the Japanese versions, resulting in mojibake. ひよこ is also the name of the hex:6C glitch item in the Japanese versions.
When this glitch item is used in or outside of battle, the game will execute 03:4621, which contains an FF (rst 38) byte. At 00 38 is another rst 38, resulting in a freeze after a repeating pattern of 00 39 being written to the memory.
