(hex:73) is a glitch item in Pokémon Yellow. Its name is taken from the untranslated, unused string "マスター" (Master) from the Japanese versions, resulting in mojibake.
Using this glitch item both in and outside of battle will make seemingly nothing happen, without reducing the item's quantity. However it is unknown if there is a hidden side effect.
