(hex:7A) is a glitch item in Pokémon Yellow.It is a partial escape glitch item similar to -gm (hex:6A) and Lg- (hex:6E), which like those glitch items works in the same ways in and outside of battle.
Despite its potentially laggy name, it is not an unterminated name glitch item.
