It is an unterminated name glitch item.With a 0x50 sub-tile saved early in the screen data, it is functionally the same as a Town Map due to its effect pointer being that of item modulo 128. The quantity of this item may be displayed unlike a Town Map, however its quantity will not be decreased.
Usually in battle it will freeze the game, due to its name.
