(hex:B9) is a glitch item in Pokémon Yellow.

Outside of battle it acts as a Repel for 250 steps, which is the same number of steps provided as a Max Repel. The quantity of the item is also decreased by one.

In battle it brings up Professor Oak's message that it isn't the time to use the item.
