  • REDIRECT Template:Verify Pac-Man is the game that started the Pac-Man series, featuring the eponymous character who originally resembled a circle with a 'slice' taken out of it.

    The inspiration according to creator Tōru Iwatani was a pizza without a slice, that was used to create his eating animation.

    Ghost movement glitch

    Sometimes after a ghost moves back to its original place after being eaten, it can move through a wall.

    Level 256 split-screen

    An infamous glitch that occurs upon entering the 256th map, in which the right side of the map becomes corrupted.
