Summary
This glitch involves a Groudon or Kyogre's Primal Reversion Blue Orb/Red Orb icon appearing for a disguised Zoroark.It occurs due to Zoroark's Ability Illusion, which makes it temporarily Transform into a Pokémon in the player's final party slot, which is intended. However, this glitch causes the Zoroark to have the Blue Orb or Red Orb icon even if it is not under the disguise of Primal Groudon or Primal Kyogre.
