The Super Training menu triggering glitch is a natural glitch in Pokémon X and Y. It involves the sound effect for opening Super Training playing, but the menu not opening.
Steps
Tap the Super Training icon on the Touch Screen at the same time at around the same time as pressing 'A-Button' to interact with an object.
