HM03 is a wrong pocket TM in Pokémon Gold and Silver. Its description is "A strong water-type attack.".

Effect

If the party is not full, HM03 can be used to obtain a clone of the Pokémon being held by the old lady in the Pokémon Day Care at its original level, or otherwise a ????? (00) if a Pokémon has never been stored there before.
