HM01 is a (Variable name) (0x21)-type glitch move in Pokémon Red and Blue. It is not capable of causing Super Glitch.
Successfully using this glitch move will result in damage with Confusion's animation. If the move does not knock out the opponent, it may also give the message "Nothing happened!" after dealing damage.
