Ah, off the top of my head…

Pokémon Red (bought late to complete my collection)
Pokémon Blue (bought same times as Red, let my little brother play it)
Pokémon Yellow (first Pokémon game I actually owned)
Pokémon Gold (bought same time as Red/Blue, gave to little brother)
Pokémon Silver (Second Pokémon game I owned, I think?)
Pokémon Crystal (bought same time as Red/Blue/Gold, never played)
Pokémon Ruby (barely started)
Pokémon Sapphire (bought same time as Ruby, gave to little brother)
Pokémon Emerald (bought same time as Ruby/Sapphire, intended to play after completing Ruby but never even got started)
Pokémon FireRed (played off-and-on)
Pokémon LeafGreen (bought same time as FireRed, gave to little brother)
Pokémon Diamond (Bought on release, finally completed earlier this year)
Pokémon Pearl (gave to little brother)
Pokémon Colosseum (fun little game, bought it used at Game Stop)
Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness (bought at same time as Colosseum, another fun game)

Oh yeah, and I don't know if these count, buuuut…
Super Smash Bros. (Ah, the memories of playing this all of the time in high school…)
Super Smash Bros. Melee (More nostalgic memories…)
Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Also fun.)

I -think- that covers all of them.

Actually, if Super Smash Bros. counts, then so does Gameboy Camera. Which I also happen to have.

The Japanese version is Fushigi no Dungeon (Mysterious Dungeon), so maybe it's the Japanese version.

I have several bootleg Pokémon games that my dad got in China once on a trip when I was like, 8 but most of them are broken. In fact, many of my old games don't work due to certain circumstances.
Pokémon Yellow (first game ever, yay!)

bootleg Pokémon Red (can't save anymore)

Pokémon Blue

bootleg ENGLISH Pokémon Green version (no joke, but it got wreaked when it was left in the hot car all summer before I found it  :()

bootleg Pokémon Gold (doesn't save anymore like Red)

Pokémon Gold (American version, given to me by an old friend but after a couple years, got accidentally left in my pocket and went through the washing machine  :XD: fail)

bootleg Pokémon Silver: Is the only bootleg Pokémon game that I have that still works fine! It is in a sort of weird Chinese Engrish (yes, ENGRISH lol!) (It also came with an Engrish manual!)

Pokémon Crystal: It worked for a long time, but I once tried to use some gameshark codes on it and it wreaked the save. That was when I decided that gameshark is the worst (it is really), and I don't have any working 2nd gen games other than ROMs and bootleg Silver anymore.

Pokémon Ruby: onward to the 3rd generation! This game is the one I have worked the hardest on, having several accomplishments including beating Master rank on all the contests, beating 50 trainers in a row at the battle tower, and obtaining 382 Pokémon including a Toys R us event Mew!

Pokémon Sapphire

Pokémon Emerald

Pokémon FireRed

Pokémon LeafGreen: It was lost after a trip to my grandparents house once. I searched everywhere during the next visit, but never found it. May have fallen out of my bag on the airplane.

Pokémon Colosseum

Pokémon XD gale of darkness

Pokémon Diamond

Pokémon Platinum

spin offs:

Pokémon puzzle challenge

Pokémon Pinball

Pokémon Trading Card game

Pokémon stadium 1 & 2

"Hey you, Pikachu!"

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Blue rescue team and Explorers of Darkness

Pokémon Ranger and Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia
