In Red version, the Save SFX sounds different from the one used in Blue and Yellow. o.O I made a video about it, did anyone else know about this? (And does anyone know what causes this? If not, maybe I should look into it…) Here's the link to my video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xMHc9kokgXk
Yellow version uses the same sound effect that is in Blue. Also another interesting thing regarding the save sound effect, it sounds different in caves, in Silph Co., and in Viridian (sp?) Forest than if you were to save the game outside of a cave, V forest, or Silph Co. I've actually known this for a while now, about 6 years per say. I'm actually shocked that no one has never noticed this before, but I guess it would be understandable since the player most likely wouldn't pay any attention to the sound effects being played in the game. ^^

I haven't noticed this before, is the Yellow sound effect different to the one in Pokémon Red and Pokémon Blue too? I'd imagine that this just depends on other game processes, or how much memory is being used. For example if you save at a time where the music is playing a lot more sounds at once the Save sound effect may 'skew' slightly.
