Emerald RNG abuse: RNG method for starter Pokemon.

(Apologies for the long title)

I'm looking to RNG abuse my starter Pokemon in Emerald (i'm abusing for favorable IVs).

Would I simply use RNG method 1 (as for Stationary Pokemon), or is another method needed?

Thanks in advance!


Edit: It's worth noting that i'm on emulator.

Looks like this got burried. I figured it out, it's just a simple method 1 proceedure.
