Ok so I just learned how to play and want to go to a tournament In Racine but the Pokemon Website doesn't show any official tournaments there. Anyone know local places that hold them regularly?

I wouldn't be surprised if a city in Wisconsin somehow slipped past the official website. :P That aside, if it's at all like back when I played, what you want to look for is a place where they hold "League", an anything-goes gathering just to play casually that's once a week, usually in a store that sells trading cards and other collectibles. Those are generally the same locations tournaments are held.
