Are there any tricks for Agatha in Pokémon Red/Blue

I did beat Lorelei with a level 2 Nidoran Male today and want to beat the whole Elite 4 with the lowest possible level.
Agatha is not easy because she switches into Golbat, uses Haze and therefore makes all my Doubleteams gone.
She is also not a victim to the "super-effective"-bug like Lorelei or Lance.
So, apart from pure luck, are there any tricks for her that I can use?

Hi, welcome to the forum. ^^ There is the  https://glitchcity.info/wiki/Switch_PP_underflow_glitch but it's not easy to do at a low level. I notice Lorelei's Dewgong likes to use Rest, though. Another technique that will take you through the whole league without arbitrary code or warping/using Rival's/Jack effect items is with the 'CoolTrainer move'. If you do it with the last time you opened the Pokemon menu at Vermilion City in the water with bushes below, you can defeat the whole league. One moment while I grab the video. Unfortunately can't think of a strictly non glitch trick though :(, but hope this helps anyway. :)

Well, since the reapplied Badge-bonus(which I used for Lorelei) is probably also not intended it would be arbitrarily to call the one allowed and the other forbidden for such a challenge.

I try the lucky route instead of the instant victory because it just feels better for me^^.

Let's see if I have to rely on other bugs/glitches to beat the whole Elite 4 + Rival with low-level Pokémon.

Agatha is at least theoretically possible with only the reapplied Badge-bonus if she uses Confuseray on the Substitute like alot of times.

And Lance is possible shown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aLdrHvCxPWI

Edit:

I tried it with a few resets and finally made it: https://youtu.be/0nAfSI_SJ3E
