Why does .4 have such a clean sprite and not just a bunch of glitchy text or white noise? I doubt that the game designers created that sprite for the game. Any explanation for its existance?

It's always struck me as being the frozen image of a Pok?mon just starting to come out of a Pok?ball.

There is no explanation, just like there is no explanation for [name=RB:000]'s sprite or [name=RB:197]'s sprite.

The .4 glitch's sprite is as clean as the a glitch's sprite.  They are both glitches, never pokemon.
