Yeah. When I can, I'll take photo's of my Yellow, and YM with me, in my party. My character's name is either my real name, or my forum name.

Well, when Oak, give it to me, it says: Yami receives a PIKACHU. It's strange, then I check it status, it's a normal everyday Pikachu. Well, a few shots, MissingNo. has been caught! He froze a few times, crashed, a few times, caused an error, a few times, but I think I've gotten it stabilized.
I don't think the PkMn he finds in the wild (Pikachu) IS the exact PkMn that he gives to you. Thus you still received the normal Pikachu.

When you do the Ditto Trick in Yellow, after you encounter the Pokemon summoned up by the trick, you'll have people walking all ovr your screen. It's not just because you encountered the YM.

Oh, and also: in Yellow, it's Oak's sprite that causes the "Pika" sound, not the glitch. If you hack it so you use Oak's sprite when you go into battle, you'll make everything go "Pika"
