I just found this out today.

Use the GS code for walk-through walls code.
Go to Viridan city to the pokemon league.Do not go through the door.Go up to the roof.You will probably see parts of houses,walk to the glitched up part.
IT SHALL NOT FREEZE!!!! :o :o :o :o :o
The 2nd badge lady shall appear a little glitchy,so will the area you are in.

try doing this from the other side, then walk to the right until you hit viridian. lol.
