Who thought it was a good idea to say that second generation Pokemon were programmed into first generation game?
Okay for all I know they were but how can you put them in an actual order?

It's not saying 2nd gen Pokemon were in RBY, it's listing the GSC equivalents of the glitch Pokemon.
