So I found this the other night and almost forgot to post it, it seems to have gained massive attention. If I'm watching this and understanding correctly, he's using select bugs with TAS to write his own ASM into the game or something.

let me guess: something to do with 5F/5kai glitch item, which takes bytes from a position in ram that is user-modifiable (as in, it's something to do with your party) and runs it as compiled ASM.

…or maybe not… O.o
