List of invalid encounter and capture flags

For those who don't know, the Pokédex flags are memory addresses that mark whether a Pokémon is categorized as 'seen' or 'own' in the Pokédex.
If you've already registered a non-hybrid glitch Pokémon's capture flag, (which normally corresponds to seeing a valid Pokémon) you can capture it without viewing its Pokédex entry and this way you can avoid a possible freeze.
If you haven't registered a non-hybrid glitch Pokémon's encounter flag, it will affect the bag in someway (except #152) when it is sent out on the opponents side (provided this doesn't freeze the game), and this is responsible for the item duplication glitches, the item mutation glitches and in Japanese Yellow, a total items changing glitch with the hex:ED glitch Pokémon.
Viewing glitch Pokémon with index numbers >199 on the opponent's side is possible with the Cable Club escape glitch. By combining the Cable Club escape glitch with the Johto guard glitch, you can encounter those glitch Pokémon that have index numbers >199 and aren't sent out by glitch Trainers through the Old Man glitch or Ditto glitch.
