In the crystal version, if you make the cloning trick using the GB Tower of the Pokemon Stadium 2, you ever will obtain a bad clone pokemon.

I studied the glitch and observed some interesting things:
The necesary to make the trick, the indispensable thing, is retire to the Kingdra/Cancel to cause glitch in a box of the PC of Bill, after that, we can use a Pokemon, Item or Attack to obtain a series of impressive results.

When the box has glitch. This will happen when depositing pokemon in the box glitch (using MOVE PKMN option).
1. If we move a pokemon to the box, the pokemon will pass intact (as we passed it). I will put of example to the red Gyarados with equipped a Master Ball.
2. If we move to another pokemon to the box, this other pokemon will pass intact, but the pokemon that already was there, will undergo changes (although always will conserve his sprite):
- It will stop being pokemon that was (Gyarados) and will be transformed into another pokemon. Gyarados was crossed downwards and it was transformed into an Item (Lost Item [same value HEX]). The Master Ball that it had equipped, crossed to the section of attacks and it was transformed into the Pound attack (same value HEX), the attacks that it had, crossed a place downwards.
3. If we move to another pokemon to the box, this other pokemon will pass intact, but the pokemon that already was there, will undergo changes:
- The pokemon that previously was intact, will happen to him exactly the same that to Gyarados.
- The Gyarados that already had undergone changes, will return to happen to him the same. The pokemon will return to transform itself into another. The pokemon that was previously be crossed/transformed into an Item (by the item equivalent to its value HEX). The Lost Item that it had equipped, crossed to the section of attacks and it was transformed into the Skull Bash attack (same value HEX), the attacks that it had, crossed a place downwards.
If we continued moving pokemon that box, will continue happening the same to all the pokemon in the box.
************
This will happens if we removed pokemon from the Box Glitch (using the Withdraw option). I will return to use of example to the red Gyarados with a Master Ball equipped.
If we move to Gyarados to the box, obvious Gyarados will pass intact, but if we used the Withdraw option in the pokemon that or were there, this will happen to Gyarados:
1. If we removed pokemon from the box, then Gyarados will undergo some changes.
- It will stop being pokemon that was (Gyarados) and will be transformed into another pokemon. The Master Ball that it had equipped, crossed upwards and transformed to Gyarados into a Bulbasaur (same value HEX). The Trash attack was crossed upwards and it was transformed into an equipped Item (that in this case is a Poke Doll, that is equivalent to he himself value HEX that Trash), the attacks that it had, crossed a place upwards.
2. If we return to remove to another one pokemon, it will happen to him the same to Gyarados and it will return to undergo changes.
- It will stop being pokemon that was (Bulbasaur) and will be transformed into another pokemon. The Poke Doll that it had equipped, crossed upwards and transformed to Gyarados into a Vulpix (same value HEX). The Bite attack was crossed upwards and it was transformed into an equipped Item (that in this case is a Direct Hit that is equivalent to he himself value HEX that Bite), the attacks that it had, crossed a place upwards.
If we continued removing pokemon from the box, will continue happening the same to Gyarados and to all pokemon that they follow in the box.
That is to say, if we move some pokemon to that box, and later we removed them in he himself order that we moved them, then all pokemon will return to normality.

Thanks to this Glitch, we can make 3 basic things:
1. Obtain any Item.
In my first post of this subject, I showed like transforming a Pokemon into an Item (trick 1), now I will show as to transform a Attack into an Item (in case that we do not have pokemon required to obtain the Item that we want).
If we want to obtain a HM09, but we do not have a Celebi, then we needed a pokemon with the Beat Up attack (same value HEX that Celebi and of the HM09) in the first position.
- We made sure that in the Glith Box we have minimum 2 pokemon, using the option Move PKMN we move to pokemon that it has the Beat Up attack (in the first position) to the box. Using the Withdraw option, we removed to one from pokemon that previously already was in the box. Now we removed to pokemon with the Beat Up attack and we will obtain a pokemon with an HM09 equipped.

2. Obtain any pokemon.
With this easy method, we can transform a pokemon into pokemon that we want (same level, same genetics, etc.).
This example we will transform to the red Gyarados into a Celebi shiny.
- Using the Move PKMN option, we move to the red Gyarados to the Glith Box. Immediately we move to any other pokemon to the box.
- Using the Withdraw option, we retired to Gyarados of the box (it will appear with a Lost Item equipped).
- We changed to the Lost Item to Him by a HM09 and used the Move PKMN option to return it to the box.
- Now (using Withdraw) we retired to any pokemon that it is in the box, immediately we retired to the red Gyarados that then will return to normality.
- With this we will obtain a Celebi shiny with sprite of red Gyarados. We deposited to Celebi in the Day Care and we removed to finish the trasnform of Celebi.

2a. Obtain a ? shiny.
- Make the same that Celebi shiny, but in time of change the Lost Item, only him removed it and return to Gyarados to the normality.

3. Any attack to any pokemon.
In this example we will teach the Aeroblast attack to Gyarados. We will need Park Ball that we can obtain with this same Glitch and that Gyarados has an attack that we are going to him to erase (in the first position).
- We made sure that in the Glith Box we have minimum 2 pokemon, using the Move PKMN option, we move Gyarados to the box.
- Using the Withdraw option, we removed to one from pokemon that previously already was in the box. Now we removed to Gyarados that will appear with an equipped Item.
- We changed the item to Him by the Park Ball and we return it to move to the box. Immediately we move to any pokemon to the box.
- Now we retired to Gyarados and we will see that it will have the Aeroblast attack in the first position.

Can you tell me what Paco81 was talking about? I need a more understandable version.
