Team Rocket has returned again and are now invincible.

On Pokemon Gold i used battle gym leaders again and battled the flying gym leader.
I went out the building and I got the same something weird is happening with the radio broadcast message. and team rocket are in the radio tower with my radio messed up forever. when i talk to the head rocket it just says "Object event.*

Does anyone know a code to get rid of team rocket and set the radio to normal?
