Is there ant glich with Luster purge? I'v been hearing alot about it, but I have no clue what it is so….. HELP!

No, there is no glitch that involves Luster Purge.  There was a member (his username was MissingPurgeEgg) that posted something like:

DONT YOU GUYS GET IT???  MISSINGNO, ?????, —–, AND LUSTER PURGE ARE AL THE SAME THING!!!  Also, how many of you fear bad eggs?


I'm guessing that is where you heard it from.

I'm guessing it does nothing that other Decamarks don't do.
