Sevii Islands 8 and 9?

I did not discover that map data for such locations existed however there are Bulbapedia articles which suggest that the map data for Sevii Islands 8 and 9 do exist which are not normal locations.

Navel rock and Birth Island technically do not fit into the Sevii Islands as far as its hexadecimal code so we could suggest that islands 8 and 9 are probably placeholders.

These articles even have images of the actual map data.
Here are islands 8 and 9 respectively.

Edit: Also apparantly data (but not map data) for islands 22, 23 and 24 exist through the trivia page of the article 'Sevii Islands'
http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Sevii_Isle_7#Trivia but there are no pages for those.

Edit2: The apparant gameshark code to 'warp' to any area is 82031DBCXX03 the value for island 8 is 34 and the value for island 9 is 35.

Is this code for FireRed or LeafGreen, and which version (1.0 or 1.1?)

For your first question yes, it is for Firered and Leafgreen. For your second question though I don't have an answer. I'd assume that most rom dumps of Firered and Leafgreen are version 1.0 so most likely I'd try it first and see if it works or not.

By the way, I created the section on items in the Bulbapedia Firered/Leafgreen beta article almost a year ago.
