The title says it all. How do I actually find and capture ?????????? in Pok??mon emerald? Is there a cheat code to force it to appear? And if there is one, which one is it? Thanks.

Currently the only known way to obtain a ?????????? on one of the advance games is to use a cheating device, the codes are listed on the link Mutou Yami posted.
