I am not sure if this has been done already, but here goes something! Just pick one you like and make a description : > I'll start, as expected.

M'
The Cancel Pokémon

Red Entry -> Commonly reffered to as M(FF), these pokémon display the ability to make any observer forget about something, so long as it remains near the target.

Blue Entry -> M(FF), as commonly called, can transplant the conciousness of a pokémon whitin the body of another. The pokémon needs time and care to get used to the new body, however.

This should be moved to the Forum Games,  don't you think ?

LM4
The Chaos God

Has the power to distort reality in very weird ways using a chaotically-named move. It has been reported that some timelines which attempted to use said move without precautions were wiped unclean.

4  4's Yellow entry:

4  4
DISTORTION
When the world starts
to distort, it's a sign of 4  4
being nearby.

It has been reported
that very rarely, 4  4 can
start screaming loudly,
with a PIKACHU-like voice.

I was thinking about it when making this topic, but given how there are already other lighthearted threads around, I thought it fit here best, given that it is still primarily about glitches.

PC4SH

The Monolith Pokémon

Red Entry -> Exceedingly rare, these pokémon are very difficult to capture. When they feel the trainer does not understand their power enough, they will promptly freeze the trainer in place and send back in time for an amount they deem adequate.

Blue Entry -> PC4SH have overwhelming power and a great variety of moves with which to defeat foes. Some say that this power could dwarf Legends of far away regions. Whatever the case, they will not take orders from those that do not have a clear grasp of how their actions affect others.

It does smell like a forum game, though.

Nº000 ??????????
UNKNOWN POKéMON

HT 100
WT 10.0 lbs.

This perfectly spherical POKéMON enjoys rolling around, though whatever it rolls over is distorted in ways beyond mortal ken. To some, it appears to be a golden BULBASAUR.

Female Symbal
Lipstick Lesbian

Dex entry for ANY game: This pokemon is always female, and only ever attracted to other female pokemon. Also, they tend to like 'girly' things a lot as a whole. They live in the world as if there were no males what so ever.

….yeah this was the first thing i ever thought of please don't judge me okay? thanks

Gen VI, numbers 2D4 - FFFF:
These Pokemon are largely shrouded in mystery, as any human that goes near them perceive them as a Bulbasaur. Not much is known about them, as all observation has to take place through sight-enhancement devices over a very large distance.

It is extremely loyal and anything it battles will be obliterated. If it is captured, it is said to turn into Slowbro sometimes

Throwing them into battle may either send the trainer back in time or wipe them off the face of the earth

The Name-Changing Pokemon
Very few trainers have ever come in contact with this, due to it being invisible in the wild and appear as a blank space in a party. Ones who have, report it being a white box with lines going through it. It's name is disagreed by trainers, some call it ! ! ! ! some dl dl dl dl and some just a blank space! It is currently under investigation by researchers.

This looks fun! Ok so this is not a Pokedex entry but more of an idea for glitchmon. So what if glitchmon were not pokemon at all but humans probably from Team Rocket who tried to infuse themselves with the energy of other pokemon but instead ended up distorting themselves. Is this a possibly good idea or a bad one? Just a thought.
