Pokemon PMD2 HEX numbers Question

Let me see…I want to ask a question…

Are the Pokemon that you can get from a Modifier code just leftovers of the other pokemon or just placeholders?

For example…

Hex 22f - A Chimecho that hovers
Hex 23e - Black Darkrai
Hex 217 - Decoy with $$$ move that looked like Judgement
Hex 22a - Statue (Kangaskhan Rock, but the name says Statue)
Hex 216 - Decoy with move that looked like Seed Flare

I've been experimentig in my free time, and found these. I also found the HEX for a Primal Dialga, but lost it…

Let me see…

They are the hex codes I use to modify the first pokemon in my party…

That's why my Statue is named Mothim…

Are they any good in a fight?

Well, yeah!

Beta Arceus and Beta Shaymin decoys both learn $$$ moves. The Judgement $$$ move rocks!

The Hovering Chimecho rocks too. Depending on level, it can turn the Pokemon into instant level 100 but it only raises the pokemon by a few levels if it has a low level…

Although the Black Darkrai and Statue kinda suck. They don't learn anything. Still cool though…

I swear I had a Primal Dialga in my version…

Anyway, I have a theory of the Placeholders thing but I want to be sure…

I see. So"$$$" is apparently a good move. What does it actually do?

There are two types…

The one for the Shaymin decoy, which is Seed Flare. Grants high damage on the enemy in front.

The second is the one for Arceus, which is actually Judgement. It grants a lot of damage on the foes in the room. Great for monster houses…

Both moves have 7 PP, if memory serves…

Only 7? Best carry around plenty of Max Elixirs then.

Yeah, but a good deal. Very powerful. Arceus IS a god!

Couldn't do screens. I wanted to show you so badly…
