My D/P team

This is what my D/P team consists of, for the benefit of those skeptical about my ability to rate pokemon teams, let alone make any.

Spiritomb @ Leftovers
Careful nature
Pressure
EVs: 252 HP 140 Atk 116 SpDef
Moves:
Prusuit
Will-O-Wisp
Pain Split
Taunt

My starter, he basically screws whatever comes in by either taunting it or Burning it.  Prusuit is for actual damage and hits harder for when they switch out to get rid of the effects of taunt or keep their HP when burned

Marowak @ Thick Club
Rock Head
Jolly Nature
EVs: 6 HP 252 Atk 252 Spd
Moves:
Earthquake
Fire Punch
Rock Slide
Double Edge

My Physical Sweeper, he fucks up whatever's in with whatever's super effective against it. and Thick Club > Choice Band/Life Orb

Cradilly @ Leftovers
Suction Cups
Careful Nature
EVs: 252 HP 164 Def 92 SpDef
Moves:
Recover
Amnesia
Barrier
Toxic

My Annoyer/Wall, paired with Sandstorm, he can take hits like a champ and fuck with them using Toxic

Metagross @ Choice Band
Clear Body
Adamant Nature
EVs: 252 HP 244 Atk 12 Def
Moves:
Meteor Mash
Earthquake
Explosion
Pursuit

Meteor Mash for STAB, Earthquake for general principle, Pursuit for switchers, Explosion when he's almost dead.  Backup sweeper

Shedinja @ Focus Sash
Adamant Nature
Wonder Guard
EVs: 252 Atk 6 Def 252 Spd
Will-O-Wisp
X-Scissor
Pursuit
Swords Dance

Will-O-Wisp attackers, set up swords dance, sweep.  Pursuit is for stuff that can't kill him (mostly in Ubers)  Also, 100% Kyogre counter, ftw

Heatran @ Choice Specs
Modest Nature
Flash Fire
EVs: 40 HP 252 SpAtk 216 Spd
Moves:
Overheat
Earth Power
Dragon Pulse
Explosion

My Special Sweeper, he basically does what Metagross does, but from the Special side of the spectrum.

This is to show all those hypocritical newbs that I am in fact, good at rating teams, and making them, I just follow harsher criteria than everyone else on this forum does.  Feel free to criticize with Constructive ideas for my team, not things like "onoz it r Kannon, he r teh sux so is his team lolololol"

*sigh*  once again hypocracy reigns

First of all, no one else put their stats, second of all, that's what the EVs are for.

Obviously someone doesn't understand their advanced game mechanics

I'm not quite familiar with Pursuit, and Pain Split's type, so I can only give one suggestion, PUT SOME DARK TYPE MOVES ON HIM!

Marowak @ Thick Club
Rock Head
Jolly Nature
EVs: 6 HP 252 Atk 252 Spd
Moves:
Earthquake
Fire Punch
Rock Slide
Double Edge

My Physical Sweeper, he fucks up whatever's in with whatever's super effective against it. and Thick Club > Choice Band/Life Orb

Ever think of double battles? Your basically, weak with this one in double battles…..

Cradilly @ Leftovers
Suction Cups
Careful Nature
EVs: 252 HP 164 Def 92 SpDef
Moves:
Recover
Amnesia
Barrier
Toxic

My Annoyer/Wall, paired with Sandstorm, he can take hits like a champ and f**k with them using Toxic

Metagross @ Choice Band
Clear Body
Adamant Nature
EVs: 252 HP 244 Atk 12 Def
Moves:
Meteor Mash
Earthquake
Explosion
Pursuit

Meteor Mash for STAB, Earthquake for general principle, Pursuit for switchers, Explosion when he's almost dead.  Backup sweeper

He'd be a better main sweeper.

Shedinja @ Focus Sash
Adamant Nature
Wonder Guard
EVs: 252 Atk 6 Def 252 Spd
Will-O-Wisp
X-Scissor
Pursuit
Swords Dance

Will-O-Wisp attackers, set up swords dance, sweep.  Pursuit is for stuff that can't kill him (mostly in Ubers)  Also, 100% Kyogre counter, ftw

Can't he learn poison cross? X-cross is a pathetic move.

Heatran @ Choice Specs
Modest Nature
Flash Fire
EVs: 40 HP 252 SpAtk 216 Spd
Moves:
Overheat
Earth Power
Dragon Pulse
Explosion

Wow no one here knows anything about competitive battling.

Yes I'm necroposting, but this thread is still like fifth from the top anyways.

With your Metagross, how do you plan on going about using more than one move (which seems to be your strategy based on the description) with a Choice Band equipped?

AND 1!

Put a Focus Band on the Spiritomb.  Also, Hypnosis/Dream Eater on same ftw.

Necroing for great justice.

You switch pokemon when a Metagross counter comes into play.

Also, focus band works only 10% of the time, limiting it's usefulness in competitive battles. Spiritomb benefits more from leftovers recovery.

Dream Eater/Hypnosis is not viable at all, since most people play with sleep clause.
