Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Dragon Dance

Dragon Dance + Outrage + Roost = PROFIT.  Heat Wave for Ice types.
Consider Life Orb or something over Leftovers, you already have Roost for recovery. Also, your nature limits Outrage's power, so replacing Heat Wave with Steel Wing/Iron Tail and changing to an Adamant (+Atk -SpA) or Jolly (+Spd -SpA) nature might be a good idea.

Semi-Sweeper, because of low speed.  SD for profit.
Change to an Adamant or Jolly nature, as you're not using any special attacks anyway.

Sweeper/Annoyer.  I can't tell you how many tanks have gotten pwn't because of pain split.

Ability: Blaze

Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)

Special Sweeper, need a replacement for Thunderpunch.
Heat Wave is outclassed by either Lava Plume (for burn hax) or Fire Blast (for power, and you have Wide Lens for the low accuracy). Thunderpunch could possibly be replaced with Hidden Power Grass, to cover Typhlosion's weaknesses.

Thunderbolt > Thunder when you have no Rain Dance support (which I wouldn't add because it cripples Typhlosion). Also, lolwut at nature, you want Modest (+SpA -Atk) or Timid.
