Cartridge Tilting!

Cartridge tilting is when you tilt a game cartridge (the N64 is the most common) to disrupt the flow of data from the game to the system. Have you ever done it?

I did it with Super Mario 64 and decided to put on a Wing Cap, which turned the game into "Super Cartridge Tilting Death Metal Hate F**k 64". Basically, Mario lost all his limbs, he could fly, and the music became death metal. The game froze eventually.

I tried this glitch in the carnival in Big Boo's Haunt.

There were no survivors.

There's a guy on Youtube who did this with a few Genesis games and ended up frying the chips. :\ If anyone does this, proceed with caution and know the consequences. You might end up with a dead game or in his case, a dead console! Here's one of his very interesting videos:

Cartridge tilting effected the z80 chip pretty darn bad as the music gets distorted a bit. :V
