I've been wondering…. does any one here think that super smash bros melee is violent? I don't but my bro Ace91 thinks that it is! Why don't we have one of those cheesy voting thingys! ;D

I don't see any violence in cartoony video game characters fighting. But that's just me.

I don't think it's that violent. I don't know where my sister got that assumption… <_< Well, I did think that way for a while, but I was about 12 or 13 then. SSBM is one of the few T-rated games that I own, though. I'm strongly opposed to video game violence, although I don't think SSBM is violent enough to worry about.

SSBM is not violent. It's just Video game characters fighting each other.

I agree. Since there's no blood, it's not NECCESARILY (incorrect spelling) violent, just fun. (and kind of cutesy with all the anime-y characters 'n such.)

It doesn't matter anyway, because video games have no effect on children. If that was true, anybody who played Pac-Man would walk around in darkened rooms all day, munching pills and listening to repetetive music.

They had effect on me. I play videogames all day now.
