Microsoft Sam is the default voice of Windows XP and possibly Windows Vista's text to speech voice.  To access it, open up your control panel and go to the sounds tab and hit speech.  Then hit text to speech and type into the box that appears or paste using ctrl+v or copy with ctrl+c. (right click doesn't work here.)

He'll say some weird things sometimes with the right speech.

For instance: Wasteman, enjoy the sunkist soy sauce in the crotch.

He pronounces it as: Waste-e-man, enjshoaw the sign fest shoaw sauce in the crow's nest.

Post instances like that here then have the next poster rate them.

If you're not using Windows XP/Vista/7, just try to find it online or something or try to access a comp that can or do what Linux/Mac can do to get him.

Lol this is hilarious, I didn't know that, sounds kind of similar to
the Youtube voice comment.

There should be a dropdown arrow next to her name to go to Microsoft Sam or something.
