Make a Moveset

A thread where we create movesets for characters we want to see in Smash, but never will be.

It's not restricted to just Pokémon. It can be a character from a movie, a book, a video game, whatever. You don't have to use a template; I just do it because I'm like super OCD or something.

Meganium's here to kick your grass!
Heavy, slow.

A moves:
A: A weak headbutt attack.
>A: A somewhat-strong tackle, but leaves Meganium wide open for a retaliation attack.
Dash >A: Similar to his >A but with a little more "Oompf!" to it. Isn't particularly fast, but has decent knockback.
vA: Meganium dishes out a sweeping kick.
^A: The sauropod kicks upwards with his back legs while standing on his front.

B moves:
B: Razor Leaf! The strength and amount of leafs shot is determined by how long the B button is held.
>B: Seed Bomb. Meganium jumps forward a little and hawks up a… seed bomb. Its knockback is useful as a last resort attack.
vB: Reflect. Meganium can counter attacks by putting up a screen.
^B: Vine Whip. Functions almost exactly like Ivysaur's Vine Whip, but is a bit quicker and stronger.

Aerial moves:
Nair: Meganium spins clockwise once in the air.
Fair: Meganium smacks foes down with its front paws.
Dair: Meganium performs an aerial summersault while facing the ground, propelling itself towards the floor.
Bair: Meganium attacks from the back with his back feet and tail.

Smash attacks:
>Smash: Double Edge; Meganium's strongest attack; a full body tackle that deals up to 30% damage, but severely lags and leaves him wide open.
vSmash: Earthquake; he stands on his hind legs and slams down on his front, sending a large tremor throughout the area. It's quite speedy.
^Smash: Secret Power; an attack based on the level. It looks cool, but doesn't do much else.
Final Smash: Solarbeam: Meganium fires a concentrated, green-gold beam that has a high chance of KO'ing the target, even if they're at 0% damage.

Taunts:
^Taunt: Meganium claps the tips of Vine Whip together slowly, mocking his enemies.
>Taunt: Meganium faces the screen, stands in a power stance, and moves his head left to right, or vice versa.
vTaunt: Meganium showers himself in spores and flashes as if he's been healed, and says "GANIUM!"
