The Bounty Hunter's Guild

Every so often, there are pokemon that decide that there is nothing stopping them from killing.  However, they knew that there is no point to killing without purpose.  So, they started killing for money (and thus became bounty hunters).  As time went on, the pokemon bounty hunters were too unorganized to get many jobs.  So, they came together and decided to band together and create an organization that would be well-known enough to get almost all of their potential buyers.  However, they rarely get along.

So, you RP as a member of the Bounty Hunter's Guild (BHG).  You have four moves, start with P#10000 and no items.  No legends, glitches, ect.  Standard rules basically.

Signature Move: [Basically a special attack that does not fit a specific attack. Ex: A Gardevoir that uses its telekinesis to shoot cards at people at lethal speeds.]

Ability: Volt Absorb
Signature Move: Using electricity to make himself light enough so that he can move fine on ground (but not with the strength of Magnet Rise)
