VILLAINS HQ
This is the Villains' headquarters for the Heroes & Villains RPG. You can be any videogame villain character you wish to be, or a made-up character, and fight the Heroes for the Dragon Stone, an ancient relic which contains enough power to destroy or recreate the enitre videogame universe. The Villains want to use the Stone's power to conquer this universe, and the Heroes want to keep it out of the Villains' hands.
To join the RPG, simply post your character profile on the HQ thread of the side you want to join (Heroes or Villains). The profile should have your character's name, a description (if it's a made-up character), any powers and skills your character has, and a backstory (which isn't necessary and doesn't have to be the same as your character's story in the game they're from if you used a videogame character). You are allowed to have up to 3 characters, but they must all be on the same side.

Bowser (LEADER)

The Koopa King, the Big Cheese, the Grand Whatchimacalit, whatever you call him, he's the boss. This fire-breathing lug from the Mario games is the leader of the Villains team. Don't get him angry!
Powers/Skills
Bowser can breathe fire to attack and use his spiked shell for defense. His real strength is in his massive bulk, and his favorite way to fight is brute force. He's not really much of a leader, but he runs the show because he says so! Ph33r!

Fawful

Two words: Weirdo. Wait a second… *counts* Umm… never mind. Anyway, he's that crazy flying bean guy from Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga that always talks about fink-rats and mustard. HE HAS FURY!
Powers/Skills
Fawful has mechanical headgear that lets him fly, shoot green lasers, and suck stuff up with a vacuum. Other than that, his only real assets are his badly translated catch phrases, which have the uncanny ability to stun a decent-sized yak.

CATS (CO-LEADER)
Abwayax
CATS are be co leader of Villain Team. His no speak english grood, but are good at owning all your base. He set up the CAPTAIN the bomb in AD 2101, when the war was beginning.
Powers/Skills
Him powers be taking all your base, setting up you the bomb, and making you have no chance to survive make your time.

Emperor Jacred
Abwayax
Jacred is the descendant of the mythical Glitch Emperor. He commands the Glitch Protection Syndicate, whose people include Executive and PokePC. His ultimate goal is to take over the world using the Dragon Stone to recreate the world in a Glitch image. He also resents Bowser being the leader of the team.
Powers/Skills
His powers include mastery of all known Glitch Techniques (the most dangerous being Super Glitch) and Glitch Pok?mon. He also has uber mind powers over all but the mentally strongest - he can create illusions and even mind control.

Executive
Abwayax
Executive is a top leader in GPS, second only to few in the ranks. He is cold and calculating, and is the brains behind many of GPS' plans. On occasion he has also done field work for Jacred, when the situation is important.
Powers/Skills
Being an "executive", he has near-total command of Jacred's forces. He's also got a sharp wit and is a trickster. Never underestimate Executive!!

he's about 20ft. tall, and he's get powers that would make a hero ph33r so bad, it wouldn't be funny.

lasers, healing, dark energy, fear, anger, disintigration. (among others) (he's not made up.)
