GCL's chatroom is working again

The chatroom client, PJIRC, was not configured correctly, so it connected to the IRC network on the Abwayax.com server, which is nonexistent. But now it connects to the DragonFire IRC network, so you can click on the chatroom link and connect to #glitchcity without having to do anything else.
