Glitch City Labs now maintains a list of IPs that abuse the comment system. Administrators may add to the list here, and users are reminded to keep in mind that spam will be dealt with.

We need to have ID's to track down the people who spam. It would be like this.
Example: ID= 67.947.146xx
Then we would know who would be spamming, and we could ban them.

I never said that people can spam. I said that it will be dealt with. And all that spam on the Celebi Glitch page was there before I posted that.
