yeah, Abb, we know, complain = owe you money.

Roughly $1,200 for a year's worth of low-end dedicated server hosting.

Anyone want to step up? Maybe Papa Doc… c'mon Doc, more action!

although, if you want to sell out…
there is payperpost blogging, and other "make money online" stuff. I'll have to bring my friend nx} here to elaborate, because he makes a killing from it, apparently.
he tried to get me into it once recently. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/ and make, like 25 posts, which gains you access to the money offers board, where you accept jobs to basically write a entry on some silly blog or whatever singing the praises of some product and then you get money.

I could make Member+ a subscription group, and force people to pay anywhere from $25 to $50 per 6 months to stay in it. But then I think everyone would just leave the group.

Alternately maybe charge money simply for signing up? Same problem; no one would register on a small pokemon forum if they had to pay.

… ads?

… ads?
oh, god no.
well…. it really depends. plus, you could do custom ads… like, show the people just how popular your site is, and then put an advertisement (custom-made image, of course) on the now-unused rightmenu linking to their site.
that would be a whole lot better than the god-awful ads I see on all the other sites. but nx} is coming, so he'll tell you all about it.

It's easier said then done, man, I need to take pills, or something I'm slipping.
